Training for an endurance event is long and challenging. Team for Kids supports our runners every step of the way! From professional coaching support to the camaraderie of your teammates, we help you achieve your goals.
We’ve assembled an elite team of coaches to answer your questions every step of the way. Our coaching team builds training plans, leads group runs, and supports our runners along the way.
Training plans customized to your race are available for beginner, intermediate, and experienced runners for all of our marathon teams as well as the Brooklyn Half and United Airlines NYC Half teams.
Running with your teammates will keep you motivated. Group training runs are offered for the TCS New York City Marathon, Bank of America Chicago Marathon, BMW Berlin Marathon, Brooklyn Half, and United Airlines NYC Half. Most runs meet in Manhattan’s Central Park, with weekend runs varying location throughout NYC depending on distance.
Out of Town Runners
Not local? Not a problem! Many of our team members do not live in New York City. We work to make sure that the Team for Kids experience is just as fun, personal, and meaningful for our runners not able to join us for team activities in NYC.
